My Photo Gallery Just a few examples of what a dirt bag tenant will do to your house as well as beat you out of the rent. I am Still working on getting more pictures up. Bear with me. I have thousands of pictures of my former tenants handy work. I really hope to have more pictures up soon. Should be some good ones.

This house had been completely remodeled. It was stripped down to the two by fours and was brand new everything. The tenants lived here for 3 months before the were evicted for not paying rent. In 3 months not only did they not pay the rent but they thanked me for living for free in my house by tearing it up. You could not even tell that we had done anything when they were finished.

                         Leave the trash. The landlord will clean it up

Yes they left me a trampoline                         Brand new mailbox What did it do to them?    Must have forgotten their key

Cool They left me some furniture        They tear up the damdest things    Trashcan or floor what's the difference

I hope however did this dies from the bad crack they will surely buy        This is only a portion of the mess

Don't provide tenants with miniblinds   2 month old carpet                      They tear up anything and everything
