Do You Want To Make Millions in Real Estate?

I will show you how not to do it. I will show and tell you the truth. You will not become an overnight millionaire in real estate but you may become broke and bankrupt overnight.

Foreclosures are at an all time high.

Many blame subprime lending. I blame lenders and tenants. The Gurus tell you to borrow money to buy real estate. You more than likely had to go through a subprime lender if your credit was not perfect. Then you rent the property out and before long the dirtbag you put in the house has beat you out of the rent and beat the house up too. Now you get to pay the mortgage out of your own pocket and pay for the repairs. Even if you get a judgement in your favor against the former tenant we all know, the tenant does too, it's only use will be if you run out of toilet paper. Next thing you know you can't fix the house or make the mortgage payment and voila we are in foreclosure. It is just that easy

You see them all the time. Books, courses, videos, infomercials, whatever some "expert" thinks he or she can sell. They tell you how you can make millions and it is the most simple and easiest money you will ever make. In theory, yes you can. In reality, that is another story entirely. You buy their product for several hundred dollars and you get started. You will be given very basic and vague information that once you apply it to the real world of real estate you quickly learn it is not near as simple as they portray it to be. They "teach" you how to flip houses and how you can make a fortune in rental properties. Then they forget to tell you or briefly touch on tenants. Tenants will destroy you and eat you alive. They leave that part out. They forget to tell you how the tenant will view you as a millionaire and it is okay for them to beat you out of the rent and tear up or destroy your house. No big deal to them because you are a multimillionaire and can afford it. The "expert gurus" leave this part out. They also forget to tell you about difficult real estate agents, bad contractors who will rip you off, potential buyers who can be a pain in the ass, and the list goes on. I include it all in my book. You can read my true stories of what happened to me and ultimately led to my financial demise. All because I happened upon a course that promised me I would be a millionaire.

They do not talk about this stuff because they are embarrassed or do not want you to be scared away because they want you to buy their products promising you that their systems will make you an overnight millionaire or they are trying to sell you the property that they are trying to get away from. They may talk about a slightly difficult tenant or an occasional plumbing leak. Trust me it is worse than that. Currently the city I live in is going after property owners for their abandoned properties or eyesore properties. I can tell you how they got that way and why foreclosures are climbing to all time record highs. It's not all the property owners fault. The dirt bag loser tenant is to blame too. There I said it and I do not care.

This site will continue to grow. I am adding pictures and video of my properties. These properties were very nice when I finished them. I then rented them out to a tenant that turned out to be a dirt bag and an animal. They completely destroy your property and either get evicted or just leave and move into the next landlord's property only to destroy that one as well. I will post the pictures of the properties and show what these people did to my properties as well as video. The message board is up. Join the message boards and vent with me about your dirty tenants who always have money for beer and cigarettes but can't afford to pay the rent. Then you kick them out and they reward you for letting them live for free by destroying your property and costing you even more money because you are the rich landlord and you can afford it.
